The Mapleton Education Foundation provides support for vital programs that advance the innovative work of the Mapleton Public Schools and directly impact the education and achievement of our students. These programs range from scholarships and grant programs to targeted investment opportunities in strategic priority initiatives of the school district. All of our programs celebrate the uniqueness and potential of our students and promote the achievement of their dreams.
Scholarship Programs
The Foundation has provided over $250,000 in scholarship support for graduating Mapleton students over the past five years.
The Mapleton Education Foundation is committed to supporting the continuing education and success of our students through a range of scholarship programs. Since its inception, the Foundation has provided financial support to more than 225 graduates of Mapleton Public Schools, ensuring that our students are able to pursue their dreams.
The Foundation’s Legacy Scholarship Program is a competitive scholarship program that provides graduating seniors of Mapleton Public Schools with financial support to further their educational and personal goals beyond high school. Scholarships start at $1,000 and include opportunities for recipients to receive additional funding for a second year of support.
The Foundation also offers a variety of named scholarships that have been created in partnership with generous community members and businesses interested in supporting post-secondary educational opportunities for Mapleton’s students.

Innovations in Education Grants Program
The Mapleton Education Foundation Innovations in Education Grants Program is a competitive grants program that provides resources to educators within Mapleton Public Schools for projects impacting the full spectrum of Mapleton’s students - from pre-kindergarten to high school. This program funds projects above and beyond those that the district is able to support with tax dollars and provides educators with the opportunity to develop and implement creative educational strategies. The Mapleton Education Foundation has allocated $25,000 toward this exciting program.
As detailed in the application packet link, this Grant Program will support creative educational projects and initiatives that will enhance the learning experience and achievement of Mapleton's students.

Strategic Partnership Program
The Mapleton Education Foundation Strategic Partnership Program provides members of the Mapleton community with the opportunity to invest directly in initiatives that are strategic priorities of the Foundation and the Mapleton Public Schools.
